At PERFECTRA GROUP, integrity is part of precision. If you are a client, partner, supplier or employee and you have a concern that has not been resolved through your usual contact, or you believe something is wrong, we want to hear from you directly.
What you can report
- A project or service issue you wish to escalate to senior management
- Unethical behaviour, fraud, bribery or conflicts of interest
- Health, safety or environmental concerns
- Any breach of law, contract or our company policies
How to report
Email whistleblower@perfectragroup.com. A secure form with optional anonymity will be added to this page. Reports go only to this address, never to the sales inbox.
Our commitment
- Every report is reviewed by senior management, independently of the team involved.
- We acknowledge your report within 7 days and aim to give you feedback within 3 months.
- Your identity and information are kept confidential, and we do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
